You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Certain Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@adahvel.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Some Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize Adahvel (or its payment processor, Paddle) to charge the applicable fees at the then-current rates on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price increases before they take effect.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with our Services are the exclusive property of Adahvel Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any data you upload or submit through our Services. By using our Services, you grant Adahvel a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Services to you.
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Adahvel disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adahvel Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adahvel in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
